In November 2017, our life changed forever after the passing of our beloved French Bulldog, Sparky.（Dec. 25, 2016)
What began as a small shop importing curated items soon transformed into a deeply personal embroidery brand.

A drastic drop in the yen value made importing unsustainable—
but it also opened the door to handcrafting.

In 2022, we introduced a professional embroidery machine and began creating our own original embroidered designs—each one crafted, tested, and improved by hand in our tiny atelier in Japan.

All custom embroidery items are made exclusively for each customer and cannot be resold.
Therefore, returns or refunds for customized items are not accepted.

However, your peace of mind is extremely important to us.

✔️ You can request changes until you're fully satisfied.
✔️ Production begins only after your final approval.

If we make a mistake (wrong name, wrong thread color, wrong design):
➡️ We will remake the item free of charge and ship it again at no cost.

Each item is crafted and tested with care.

6️⃣ Worldwide shipping
We ship from Japan with tracking numbers.
