Replacement of defective / damaged / product differences

  • We will responsibly replace defective or damaged products.
  • If there is something wrong with the product, please write down the defect status and damage status in detail and contact us as soon as possible by e-mail within 7 days after the product arrives. We will arrange to replace it with a non-defective product as soon as possible.
  • For product differences, please write down the product name and order number you ordered, and contact us as soon as possible by email within 7 days after the product arrives.
  • We will bear the responsibility for defective products, damaged products, and product differences.
  • In case of a damage accident during transportation, the shipping company will ask you to pull it up, so please contact us as soon as possible.

■ Returns and exchanges at the convenience of our customers

  • Please contact us as soon as possible regarding the return or exchange of the product by e-mail within 7 days after the product arrives.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping fee for returning the product and the transfer fee for refunding. In addition, please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If you wish to exchange it, please bear the shipping fee again.
