How to Order
After placing your order, we will contact you.
Please then send your chosen photograph by email or Instagram DM.
Please choose a clear, well-lit photograph with the subject in focus.
We may enhance the image quality when needed. However, depending on the clarity or composition of the photograph, we may ask you to provide an alternative image.
If the photograph is not suitable for embroidery, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Please Note
This is an embroidered interpretation of your photograph, not a printed reproduction.
Colors and fine details may differ from the original photograph due to the nature of embroidery.
If the embroidery data must be substantially recreated at the customer’s request, an additional fee of ¥3,000 will apply.
Production and shipping usually take approximately one week after the photograph and design details have been confirmed.
